Best Cinematography Award for SAGUARO

After being awarded with the price of 'BEST FILM' and 'BEST MUSIC' at the Green Screen Festival (2015), our SAGUARO episode from the 'North America's Natural Wonders'-series (National Geographic / NDR Naturfilm DocLights) won yet another one! This time the award of 'BEST CINEMATOGRAPHY' at the fantastic Festival Nature Namur (2016) in Belgium.

Being one of the camera operators and representing the Altay Film crew, I received the award out of the hands of Tanguy Dumortier (president of the festival) and Gerd Herren (president of the jury). A great recognition for a hard working film team under the watchful and creative eye of directors Yann Sochaczewski and Henry M. Mix.

I had a wonderful time at the fantastic Festival Nature Namur. Winning the award and meeting some new, inspiring people made it an even more unforgettable experience!
